Here is an overview of policies & procedures. Prices and amulet descriptions with attributes are presented next
to each item throughout our site.
Bones that are used in some of our Mother Earth pieces are sourced as they appear naturally through
time from nature. No animals are harmed for any
fragments that might appear in an amulet, icon, or talisman. The majority of bones we use are from a shop in Berkeley California
called The Bone Room.

Products such as perfumes, soaps, or body products we may offer from time to time are tested on humans, not animals.
If what we are using has no business on a person, it certainly has no business on our children, an animal, or our pets!
Location
We are located off the beaten path around the corner and through the woods. The studio is in the hills overlooking
a natural canyon. Often, attention is taken away from works in progress to watch the churning eucalyptus forest clinging
to the hills beyond, or listening to the song of our local owls & frogs as they come forth at dusk. The only visitors
allowed are the wind, wild things, and residents of the glen.

Payment
Terms
We are able to accept payments via Cheque, Money Order, or Cashiers Cheque.
Orders ship upon fund clearance. Shipping fees are included in the prices as shown.
Shipping
For orders created by hand, a timeframe will be communicated so you can expect when to have something
divine to look forward to.
Express Courier to a street address is generally utilized to assure your order arrives
quickly. Other means can be arranged per your needs.
Returns
Due to the artistic nature of our craft, returns are generally not accepted. Commissioned pieces
are personal works of art that belong expressly to the receiver. Damages during shipment are exluded, caring attention shall
be given to assure your treasure arrives as expected.

Pricing
Commissioned works are priced based on content, scope, inclusive worth of the elements used, and
labour. The majority of work that is done is custom, for individual clients. Stock items shown on the site are priced accordingly. Custom orders require a deposit to begin work on your piece.
